Condition: Items must be in new, unused and unworn condition, with all original packaging and tags still attached.
Non-returnable Items: Custom-designed products (such as personalised hoodies), intimate apparel, or any items that have been washed or worn are not eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return

If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or there was an error on our part.

You may return the current item and place a new order for the desired product.
If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover return shipping and send you a replacement at no extra cost.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your product is damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return label and send a replacement or issue a refund.
Please include photographs of the damaged or faulty item when contacting us.

Pack the item securely in the original packaging or a similarly protective box to ensure safe return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
