About the event

Our Walk & Talk is a monthly gathering in Birmingham’s historic St Paul’s Square, a relaxed and supportive space for men to connect, reflect, and recharge. Through open conversation and movement, members share their stories, emotions and experiences without fear of judgement.

Each session begins with a brief introduction, followed by the walk, where conversations flow naturally. Every step represents progress, not just physically, but emotionally and mentally. Together, we challenge the stigma around men’s mental health and build a community grounded in empathy and genuine support.
